Nick Vailas
CEO
Nick Vailas possesses over 35 years of experience in both the public (Commissioner of Health and Human Services of NH and the former Chairman of the Health Planning and Review Board for the State of NH) and private sector of healthcare. He is considered a healthcare entrepreneur, having developed multiple surgical centers, physical therapy clinics, and urgent care centers. Nick is the founder of Compass Smart Shopper (a healthcare transparency cost tool), the Delphi Group, and Patriot Health Insurance. Nick holds a graduate degree in exercise physiology from the University of Michigan
Andy Vailas
COO
Andy has over five years of experience in the healthcare space spanning from consulting, insurance, marketing, and sales, developing strong relationships with providers and carriers. As a Co-Founder and Head of Business Development for Member Medical and a licensed Accident and Health Insurance Producer, Andy has provided alternative benefit solutions for several small and large group employers. He was a Student-Athlete at the University of New Hampshire and holds a B.S in Communication with a focus in Business Administration.
Matthew Kaplan
CDO
Matthew Kaplan has over six years of management and data science experience, including running Patriot Health Partners, a healthcare coop that empowers and preserves private practice. Matthew has also served as head of analytics for The Delphi Group – the leading bundled payment initiative in the State of New Hampshire. Previously, Matthew worked in business development at ClearChoiceMD and as a consultant for project management firms in New Hampshire. Matthew possesses a B.S in Earth Sciences: Geology from the University of New Hampshire and an M.B.A. in Healthcare Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
Melinda Febonio
Director of Care Coordination
Melinda is the Chief Operating Officer of Delphi, responsible for maintaining the day to day operations for the company, patient care coordination, and claims processing. Prior to Delphi, she was the director of operations and practice manager of multiple successful occupational medicines, urgent care, and physical therapy clinics across Southern New Hampshire. Melinda is actively involved in the creation, and business processes with Bazar.
